Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what TahajjudCalculator does and does not do with your information, in plain language.
The short version
This site is a calculator, not a data business. The prayer-time calculations happen in your own browser. We do not run user accounts, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The details below cover the few things that do touch information: location permission, analytics, and email.
Location
If you tap "Use my location", your browser asks your permission and, if granted, shares your coordinates with the page on your device. The coordinates are used there — in your browser — to compute your prayer times. They are not sent to our servers, not stored by us, and not shared with anyone. Your chosen city, method and display preferences are saved only in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers them for your next visit; clearing your browser data removes them. If you decline location permission, nothing changes except that you choose a city or enter times manually instead.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, which pages and tools are useful — for example, how many people used the calculator this week, and from which countries, in summary form. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data as described in Google's own privacy documentation. It does not give us your name, your exact location, or the times you personally calculated. You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or an extension without affecting the tools, which work fully in your browser once loaded.
Support payments
Voluntary support payments are processed by Whop (for card and other payment methods) or, in Pakistan, directly by the reader via JazzCash transfer. Payment details are handled by those processors under their own privacy policies; we never see or store your card number. Whop may share with us the amount and the supporter's chosen display details so we can account for support received.
If you email us at hello@tahajjudcalculator.com, we keep the message as long as needed to answer and handle the matter raised, and we do not add you to any mailing list — this site has none. We never sell or share email addresses.
Children, changes, and contact
The site is a general-audience religious information tool and collects no information knowingly from children.
